If you have clicked here, then you and I are alike, or you have a family member or friend who is like me. What is it that makes us alike, you ask? It’s that between us we are Diverse.
If you ask me why I have such a deeply rooted passion and unwavering commitment to coaching and forming as many positive and meaningful connections as possible, and why you and I are here together now, it’s because, again, like you or someone close to you… I am Diverse. It comes from my own experience with Dyspraxia, which is a neurological learning disorder.
I had a coach who was the first person in my life outside my family that committed to teaching me how to look after my health. He committed his time in and out of training to building a meaningful and positive relationship with me where I could trust him and know that no amount of questioning and communication is off-limits.

I can tell you that in my career as a coach I have worked with all ages and as young as eight years old with physical and neurological differences, e.g., Autism, Dyspraxia, ADHD Cerebral Palsy, Visual impairments.
While that’s all great and tells you I am experienced and have the knowledge to back up what I say, if there is one thing I have learnt from my own experiences, personally and professionally being neurodiverse, it is that it’s about building a training and lifestyle that is unique, diverse and most importantly WORKS for you and only you.
While I use previously learned knowledge and experience as a tool to coach, the most important tool that determines how I coach is YOU.
